Regional Maintenance Planning Manager

About the role

The Regional Asset Maintenance Planning Manager will act as the subject‑matter expert for maintenance planning across multiple APM Terminals in the region, driving planning excellence, governance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive compliance with global maintenance planning and scheduling standards and support terminals in achieving planning maturity targets.
• Coach terminal Planning Managers and Maintenance Planners, improve planning quality, resource utilization and schedule attainment.
• Promote effective use of EAM/CMMS systems, collaborate with reliability teams and provide analytical insights through reporting and KPIs.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Asset Management or related discipline (preferred).
• 8‑10 years of maintenance planning experience in heavy‑asset industries.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Experience with CMMS/EAM platforms such as SAP, IFS, Maximo or Infor EAM.
• Knowledge of ISO 55000 principles and asset lifecycle management.
• Data analysis and performance reporting capabilities.
