About the role

We are looking for a Materials Warehouse Assistant to support the efficient storage, receipt, control and supply of materials in a GMP‑compliant environment. The role ensures safety, quality and continuous production flow within our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Follow safety, quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures for all warehouse activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse area, applying 5S principles to maintain order and cleanliness.
• Operate manual and electric forklifts in accordance with safety protocols.
• Record and document receipt of both inventory‑tracked and non‑tracked materials using defined systems.
• Store raw materials and packaging supplies, ensuring proper segregation, identification and lot control.
• Prepare, supply and return materials required by manufacturing, guaranteeing timely service.
• Perform sampling of raw materials and packaging according to established procedures.
• Execute physical, cyclic and continuous inventories to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date logs, records and operational documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of shipments, receptions, returns and material rejections.
• Support cleaning and clearing activities to keep work areas safe and organized.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality and GMP standards.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and collaborate with production teams.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (manual and electric).
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) awareness.
• 5S methodology for workplace organization.
