Asistente Regional de Sostenibilidad

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Regional Sustainability Assistant to support and monitor our environmental and social initiatives across multiple countries. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners and strategic allies to drive CSR programs and ensure compliance with sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate volunteering and inclusive employment programs.
• Support the implementation of regional environmental and social projects.
• Track sustainability indicators and report results.
• Assist in preparing the Annual Sustainability Report and other technical documents.
• Gather data for reports following GRI, SASB and TCFD frameworks.
• Support ISO 14000 and ISO 26000 related processes.
• Monitor compliance with regional environmental and social legislation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, foundations, suppliers and external organizations.
• Contribute to carbon‑footprint, recycling, waste‑management and best‑practice initiatives.
• Design and deliver awareness and training activities on sustainability topics.
• Prepare presentations and communication materials for sustainability programs.

Required profile

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Social Communication or related fields.
• Experience in CSR, sustainability or related areas.
• Knowledge of environmental and social legislation.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting and sustainability indicators.
• Ability to organize, analyze, communicate and coordinate across teams.
• Capacity to manage regional projects and work with diverse stakeholders.
