About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the daily operations of a busy restaurant, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures, cash handling, staff coordination, and high standards of service and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise opening and closing processes, including cash register control.
• Coordinate staff schedules, lead the team, and verify inventory levels.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Assist in preparing operational reports and tracking key performance indicators.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Required profile

• Completed high school (Bachillerato).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant, fast‑food, retail or similar operations.
• Proven ability to lead staff and work under pressure.
• Availability for rotating schedules.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong leadership qualities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
