About the role

PwC is seeking a Systems Audit Assistant to join its Assurance team in Panama City. You will support independent assessments of financial statements and internal controls, helping clients meet regulatory requirements while gaining exposure to a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures to obtain reasonable assurance that financial statements are free from material misstatement.
• Evaluate compliance with regulations, governance, and risk‑management processes.
• Collect and analyse data from multiple sources to identify patterns and test controls.
• Document findings, prepare work papers, and contribute to audit reports.
• Collaborate with senior auditors and client teams to address audit issues and deliver value.
