About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Advisor to provide consultative selling of furniture and credit solutions. You will interact with customers both in‑person and digitally, guiding them through product selection, financing options, and final purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers (on‑site and online) and present furniture and credit options using visual merchandising, probing, objection handling and closing techniques.
• Register prospects in the company app, follow up, and convert them into quotations and purchase orders.
• Monitor product delivery, manage logistical follow‑up and ensure final hand‑over.
• Recover inactive customers, resolve pending processes and guarantee successful delivery.
• Maintain impeccable promises to avoid complaints, foster loyalty, and generate new prospects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in sectors such as telecommunications, hardware, technology, appliances, furniture, real estate or similar.
• Track record of handling and exceeding high‑budget targets.
• Basic knowledge of office tools.
• High school, technical or professional education in marketing, sales or related fields.

• Microsoft Office proficiency
