About the role

We are looking for an Analista de Servicios y Control Operativo who is passionate about operational analysis, control management, and delivering excellent service. The role supports the strengthening of our operational controls and ensures an efficient experience for both internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely attention and effective follow‑up to internal and external client requests.
• Manage legal account opening processes, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
• Analyze and monitor transaction alerts, identifying risks and inconsistencies.
• Administer, validate and update client information and profiles.
• Execute operational controls with precision, quality and adherence to established procedures.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Experience in operational environments and customer‑service settings.
• Knowledge of legal account opening processes.
• Familiarity with the management and analysis of transaction alerts.
• Experience in administering and updating client profiles.
• Strong analytical abilities for risk identification, inconsistency detection and process improvement.
• High level of organization, planning and attention to detail.
• Orientation toward quality and precision in process execution.
