Analista de Selección y Contratación

About the role

We are looking for a Selection and Hiring Analyst to lead talent attraction, evaluation and hiring for Hola Moda, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end selection processes for operational, tactical and strategic positions.
• Source candidates actively through job boards, professional networks and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assessments to match talent with business needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules with leaders and maintain timely follow‑up at each stage.
• Communicate continuously with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare and manage job offers and guide selected candidates through the hiring process.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new employees, guaranteeing a smooth first‑day experience.
• Keep recruitment documentation, databases and performance indicators up to date.
• Generate reports and analyses to measure process effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Participate in employee experience, wellbeing and culture initiatives, as well as CSR and HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Proven ability to conduct competency interviews and manage full‑cycle hiring.
• Strong organization, communication and attention‑to‑detail.
• Capacity to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using recruitment platforms and ATS such as LinkedIn, Hiring Room or Konzerta.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Canva.
