About the role
The Payments Analyst is responsible for processing sales incentive payments to clients, ensuring accuracy, control, and compliance for each transaction. This entry‑level position offers a great opportunity for junior candidates to develop analytical and customer‑service skills within a finance environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor sales incentives for assigned clients.
- Calculate and process incentive payments accurately.
- Resolve issues and disputes with internal and external customers.
- Maintain documentation and reporting in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth payment operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- No prior experience required; ideal for junior candidates.
- Strong teamwork, initiative, time‑management and analytical abilities.
- Intermediate English for reporting and communication.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel – intermediate level.
- Microsoft Word – basic level.
- Microsoft PowerPoint – basic level.
- Microsoft Outlook – basic level.
