About the role

The Marketing Analyst will support the Marketing Coordination team in planning, developing, executing, and monitoring campaigns, events, activations, and commercial initiatives. The role focuses on generating innovative ideas that drive traffic, engagement, brand positioning, and a differentiated visitor experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create creative and innovative proposals for campaigns, events, and experiences.
• Research trends, formats, and new experiences applicable to retail and shopping‑center sectors.
• Propose initiatives to increase visitor traffic and dwell time.
• Develop activation concepts that generate organic content and social‑media conversation.
• Design new dynamics to encourage tenant participation.
• Identify strategic partnership and brand‑exposure opportunities.
• Present structured proposals including objectives, target audience, mechanics, required resources, and expected results.
• Analyze activity results and recommend improvements and new opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, events, retail, shopping centers, agencies or consumer‑goods companies.
• Experience developing and executing 360° advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Experience coordinating events and activations, working with suppliers, and managing budgets.
• Strong written communication, excellent spelling and grammar.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create visual content using Canva.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance.
