Analista de Mejora Continua (Manufactura)

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Analyst will support the implementation, operational management, and monitoring of the Operational Excellence Model across multiple manufacturing plants. The role focuses on driving efficiency, process optimization, and performance management in a hands‑on industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist operation teams in adopting the excellence model, define work focuses, form project teams, and create activity schedules.
• Monitor program compliance, analyze gaps, and coordinate with plant managers to improve overall efficiency.
• Deliver training and communicate model definitions to leaders, directors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Design and build digital dashboards (e.g., GDP) for model monitoring and propose process improvements.
• Support diagnostic processes for training, climate, performance, and innovation while ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, BPM, HACCP, 5S and risk‑management standards.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Production or related fields; technologist or technician qualifications are also accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in plant operations, quality, maintenance or process management.
• Knowledge of loss identification, cost optimization, KPI/dashboard design, and operational regulations (5S, BPM, HACCP, SST, risk management).
• Strong teamwork, innovation mindset, and ability to empower leaders.
