About the role

The Tender Analyst will manage and monitor procurement and purchasing processes, ensuring compliance with established regulations, policies, and procedures. The role involves preparing bid proposals, analysing purchasing opportunities, and developing acquisition strategies that optimise cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor public procurement portals and track tender processes.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals according to guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of procurement laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Issue purchase invitations and conduct tendering to achieve best pricing.
• Propose and implement centralized purchasing procedures that improve supply quality and generate economic benefits.
• Develop the Centralized Purchasing Manual and ensure its adoption across the organisation.
• Supervise supplier compliance with contract terms to guarantee timely delivery.
• Translate and proofread organisational texts.

Required profile

• University degree in administration, business or a related field.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in tendering or procurement.
• Intermediate level of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
