About the role

The Banking Engineering Analyst will support continuous improvement and process optimisation across the bank. You will analyse, document and design solutions that increase operational efficiency and drive business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information and document processes together with the involved areas.
• Create flowcharts, minutes and work matrices following established standards.
• Document processes and procedures and manage the required approvals.
• Participate in functional testing to validate compliance with defined requirements.
• Prepare training materials and inputs for the socialisation of initiatives and improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, O&M, project management, quality or process‑improvement roles.
• Experience in the financial sector is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Preferred certifications in Quality, PMI or Scrum.

Required skills

• Process mapping and documentation.
• Project management and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Creation of flowcharts, matrices and procedures.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Visio, Power Apps, Miro, Monday or Jira.
