About the role
The Supply Analyst supports the procurement and inventory functions by analysing data, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring efficient purchasing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze supply data and make informed decisions.
- Organize and monitor procurement activities.
- Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify problems, propose solutions and prioritize actions.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain attention to detail while keeping a holistic view of the business.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in supply, planning, inventory, purchasing or data analysis.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and numerical aptitude.
Required skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP.
- Ability to handle large data sets and perform quantitative analysis.
- Knowledge of inventory concepts such as coverage, rotation, demand, lead time and purchase orders.
