Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor (AA&P)

About the role

The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily repair station operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction while leading a small team of technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and coordinate daily repair operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, provide technical guidance and training.
• Promote continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate activities across warehouse, production, office and customer sites.
• Report operational performance to the COO.

Required profile

• High school diploma (university studies preferred).
• Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) certification.
• Experience in aircraft repair or aviation maintenance.
• Previous supervisory and staff‑training experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; occasional travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Effective email communication.
