About the role

The Store Manager will lead the overall operation of the store in Bocas del Toro, ensuring commercial targets are met, customer service standards are upheld, and operational efficiency is maximized. This role involves guiding a team of sales agents, optimizing resources, and strengthening the company’s brand and profitability through every customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve sales goals and store KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and making strategic decisions for sustainable revenue.
• Develop, motivate, and train the sales team, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative environment.
• Oversee administrative processes, inventory control, cash flow, and compliance with corporate policies.
• Maintain exceptional customer service, resolve complex cases, and drive customer loyalty and acquisition.
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives, corporate projects, and coordinate with support areas such as IT, Finance, and Marketing.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing retail operations with a focus on commercial and service indicators.
• Advanced Spanish and basic to intermediate English (preferred).
