Account Manager – Mid-Market Software Sales

About the role

QSoftware, a business partner of Quest Software, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead sales for Quest Software in Mexico and other markets. Working from Panama under a hybrid model, you will represent a balanced mix of software product and service knowledge while driving growth across mid‑size to major accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the territory, regional accounts and named accounts to meet financial objectives for the mid‑market segment.
• Understand customers' business needs and solution requirements, providing tailored recommendations.
• Perform account planning, sales forecasting and regular engagement with decision‑makers at client sites.
• Lead the full sales process, leveraging all available resources to manage and close accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 10 years of technology‑related sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Experience working with vendors, wholesalers, partners and end‑users in the technology industry.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and customer‑service abilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales and market data and deliver quality presentations.
• Ability to work independently, meet goals within set timeframes, and travel nationally and internationally.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
