Account Manager (Events & Marketing)

About the role

You will lead events, marketing initiatives and client relationships within the Production team, working alongside the Production Lead. You own projects from kickoff to launch, ensuring alignment across clients, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs, handling vendors, speakers, contracts and post‑event follow‑up.
• Drive marketing and content initiatives, collaborating on campaigns, newsletters, launches and promotions.
• Lead client, partner and vendor meetings, maintain clear scope and expectations, and raise risks early.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports and accurate CRM records for visibility across projects.
• Implement AI‑enabled workflows to reduce manual reporting, research and planning effort.

Required profile

• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously and managing client or external partner relationships, preferably in events, marketing, production, agency or media.
• Hands‑on execution mindset, able to draft updates, build trackers and prepare reports when needed.
• Strong written and spoken communication with confidence representing the company in meetings.
• Sound judgment to make day‑to‑day decisions, flag risks early and escalate strategic issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system.
• Experience using project tools such as Notion or ClickUp.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled workflow tools.
