Senior Key Account Manager – Caribbean & Central America

About the role

As a Senior Key Account Manager for the Caribbean and Central America region, you will drive sustainable growth across adidas wholesale partners. You will translate commercial strategy into marketplace execution, building strong customer partnerships and delivering the adidas brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead seasonal planning, sell‑in, and assortment strategies with distributors and wholesale partners.
• Identify growth opportunities through market, consumer, and business insights.
• Monitor performance and provide data‑based recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, and Operations teams to deliver results.
• Drive continuous improvement and propose innovative solutions to marketplace challenges.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, or a related commercial function.
• Proven success managing wholesale accounts, distributors, or strategic partnerships.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel across the Caribbean and Central America.
