About the role
The Frontdesk Supervisor ensures every guest check‑in at YOO follows a strict sequence: identity verification, key handover, and incident escalation. Reporting to General Management, the supervisor owns the operational quality of the service and guarantees that front‑desk agents have all necessary resources before guests arrive.
Key responsibilities
- Review the arrivals console daily, chase missing pre‑check‑in forms and resolve verification issues.
- Reconcile keys handed out with those returned each day, maintain key inventory and manage lost keys with unit administrators.
- Build and manage the shift schedule, train agents on SOPs, and run shift handovers without open items.
- Escalate guest complaints or incidents to unit administrators through the agreed channel.
- Execute new‑unit onboarding steps, including key intake, iCal feed setup and first‑arrival testing.
- Enforce Panama’s Law 81 of 2019 on personal data protection during every shift.
