About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Panama City. The role focuses on driving growth of our brands within the Modern Market channel through client relationship management, new business acquisition, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the client portfolio for the Modern Market channel.
• Prospect, negotiate and onboard new clients that contribute to company growth.
• Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
• Negotiate promotions, displays and commercial activities with clients.
• Analyze market behavior, competition and consumer trends to identify business opportunities.
• Track commercial indicators and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, guaranteeing excellent service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the Modern Market channel.
• Proven experience in prospecting, negotiation and acquiring new clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for commercial visits.
