Cross Currency Product Solutions Director – Payments Latin America

About the role

The Cross Currency Product Solutions Director will lead the development and delivery of complex cross‑currency and FX payment solutions for the Financial Institution Group across Latin America. You will partner with sales teams to identify market opportunities, prospect new clients, and drive regional growth through disciplined pipeline management.

Key responsibilities

• Advise sales on solutioning and adoption of new and existing client‑facing products, crafting complex solutions while assessing risk.
• Leverage deep product knowledge to shape end‑to‑end solution strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with FIG sales on strategic pricing, develop sales training material, and manage RFP responses.
• Own the sales pipeline, create target client lists, and drive execution from pre‑sales to deal closure.
• Conduct portfolio reviews with banking and payments stakeholders, measuring progress against identified opportunities.
• Coordinate client presentations and pre‑sales activities with payments, corporate banking, and FX sales teams.
• Develop and deliver client‑focused solution presentations and segment‑specific value propositions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience leading and developing solutions across multiple product clusters.
• Proven track record facilitating sales‑cycle activities and optimizing strategies and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and handle complex business solutions for client needs.
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking, foreign exchange (FX) payments, and cross‑border payments.
