About the role

We are looking for a Technical Commercial Advisor with a consultative mindset to drive growth for a company that provides preservation solutions for animal protein production chains. The role involves working directly with food plants, agro‑industries, packers and farms, delivering specialized advice that enhances bio‑security, food safety and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients through specialized technical consulting.
• Conduct on‑site technical visits to identify needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Train customers on Good Manufacturing Practices, cleaning, disinfection and food safety.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals that generate sustainable value.
• Support field validations, pilot tests and implementation of sanitization protocols.
• Prospect new business opportunities and manage the corporate client portfolio.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Represent the brand at industry events, trainings and sector activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Agro‑Industrial Engineering or Food Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical‑commercial positions.
• Proven field sales experience with corporate clients.
• Experience delivering technical and commercial presentations.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel monthly across the country.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
