Treasury Analyst – Global Finance & Liquidity Management

About the role

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will oversee global cash positioning, liquidity, and risk while ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash positioning using the treasury management system to support global liquidity.
• Monitor and reconcile cash accounts, including bank accounts, kiosk cash, and cash in transit.
• Produce bank reconciliation reports and support month‑end close processes.
• Manage domestic and international bank relationships, handling statements and cash‑position updates.
• Oversee fund disbursements, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and generate ad‑hoc management reports on budget utilization.
• Investigate unusual transactions and support financial decision‑making.
• Coordinate daily, 13‑week, and 26‑week cash forecasts to guarantee sufficient funding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or related finance roles.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Proven experience developing financial models.
