Technical Trainer Comercial – Product Training Specialist

About the role

The company seeks a Technical‑Commercial Trainer with hands‑on experience in hardware, construction, tools or plumbing products. You will train internal teams, distributors and sales agents, turning technical specifications into clear commercial benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs focused on commercial impact and product turnover.
• Adapt sessions for different audiences (salespeople, promoters, hardware store staff, professional clients).
• Conduct face‑to‑face or virtual workshops highlighting competitive technical advantages, "pencil selling" techniques and direct sales arguments.
• Compare our products with generic or competitor offerings and translate specifications into customer benefits.
• Create supporting commercial materials such as guides, presentations, demos and comparison sheets.
• Participate in technical activations, fairs, events and key‑client visits; assist in video scripting for digital platforms.
• Measure training effectiveness, gather feedback and propose improvements.
• Act as the technical brand ambassador for the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical trainer, commercial advisor or technical promoter.
• Practical knowledge of hardware products (tools, abrasives, adhesives, lighting, faucets, etc.).
• Ability to link technical details with persuasive sales arguments.
• Familiarity with consultative sales and blended training methodologies.
• Strong communication and public‑speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel across regions as needed.
• Technical education in engineering, architecture, industrial design, construction or related fields.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
