About the role

The company seeks a Technical Trainer Commercial who will design and deliver product training for hardware, construction and related tools. The role combines technical expertise with commercial insight to boost product adoption and sales across internal teams, distributors and field sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Design technical training programs that highlight commercial benefits and drive product turnover.
• Adapt training sessions for diverse audiences such as vendors, promoters, hardware store staff and professional clients.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual workshops focusing on competitive technical advantages, "pencil selling" techniques and direct sales arguments.
• Translate technical specifications into clear customer benefits and compare them with generic or competitor products.
• Create supporting materials including guides, presentations, demos and comparative data sheets.
• Participate in technical activations, fairs, events and key client visits, and appear in video content for digital platforms.
• Measure training effectiveness, gather feedback and propose continuous improvements.
• Act as the technical brand ambassador for the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical trainer, commercial advisor or technical promoter.
• Practical knowledge of hardware products such as tools, abrasives, adhesives, lighting, faucets, etc.
• Ability to link technical details with persuasive sales arguments.
• Familiarity with consultative sales and blended training methodologies.
• Strong communication and public‑speaking skills for varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel across regions as needed.
• Technical education in engineering, architecture, industrial design, construction or related fields.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
