Team Leader de Televentas

About the role

We are seeking a Team Leader of Televentas to lead and supervise external providers responsible for mobile service telemarketing campaigns in Panama City. The role ensures commercial objectives are achieved, operational quality is maintained, and strategies are implemented to maximize channel results.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise providers responsible for televentas campaigns for mobile services.
• Hold regular follow‑up meetings to review results, identify improvement opportunities, and resolve operational incidents.
• Communicate commercial goals, sales targets, and execution timelines to assigned providers.
• Monitor team performance against established indicators and propose corrective actions when needed.
• Analyze sales, productivity, and KPI reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct call audits and management evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies that increase sales and optimize results.
• Provide continuous feedback and support to providers to strengthen their teams' performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and televentas providers.
• Prepare management reports and keep documentation up to date on results, initiatives, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify operational process improvements and propose initiatives to increase channel efficiency.
