About the role
The Store Supervisor is responsible for ensuring profitability and growth of assigned stores through effective operational, administrative, and commercial management. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the brand’s market position.
Key responsibilities
- Fully manage store operations and resources.
- Support and supervise the sales team to achieve commercial goals.
- Drive sales growth by prospecting and acquiring new customers.
- Develop loyalty strategies to deepen commercial relationships and increase the client portfolio.
- Monitor profitability, service quality, and business performance indicators.
- Expand commercial coverage in the assigned territory and reinforce brand presence.
- Oversee administrative and operational processes to ensure smooth store functioning.
Required profile
- Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store administration and management.
