Subdirector/a General

About the role

The General Subdirector will ensure that administrative operations are managed efficiently, orderly, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. This senior position oversees operational resources, budgeting, accounting, vendor management and internal processes to support the team’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Distribution, Member Services and Collections departments.
• Monitor monthly departmental targets, focusing on accounts receivable and delinquency levels.
• Review commercial managers’ performance against set goals.
• Oversee bank reconciliation and accurate accounting records.
• Administer and control operational and budgetary resources.
• Approve recurring supplier payments, utilities, travel expenses and supply purchases within budget.
• Manage internal workflow execution and propose improvements.
• Evaluate and manage software and technology service contracts for cost‑benefit balance.
• Optimize operational expenses and ensure efficient resource use.
• Support implementation of procedures, workload redistribution and new team objectives.

Required profile

• MBA (Master in Business Administration) – non‑negotiable.
• Preferred postgraduate studies in Higher Education or Alternative Conflict Resolution.
• Previous experience as Supervisor or Deputy Manager in a service‑oriented company.
• Experience leading small teams (up to ~25 people) and supervising administrative operations.
• Written English B2 and spoken English C1 – non‑negotiable.
