About the role

PwC Panama is seeking a Financial Consultant to join its consulting team. The role involves delivering high‑impact projects in financial modeling, valuations and strategic analysis across various industries, leveraging technology and innovative approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and analyze financial models, forecasts and business valuations.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support client strategic decisions.
• Prepare presentations, executive reports and deliverables for internal and external clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on financial consulting projects.
• Identify risks, improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies through data analysis.
• Participate in client meetings to understand needs, document requirements and support solution implementation.
• Apply AI tools and advanced analytics to enhance financial analysis and forecasting.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Previous experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, business valuation or related areas.
• Strong understanding of NPV, IRR, WACC and financial projection concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High professional ethics, integrity and a proactive learning attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Artificial Intelligence tools for financial modeling and forecasting.
• Power BI and data mining/analytics.
