About the role

Control Risks is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and maintain complex software solutions within a collaborative agile team. You will contribute both individually and by mentoring junior members to enhance team productivity and quality.

Key responsibilities

Develop, test, and implement new software programs and REST APIs.
Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring performance, optimization, and high availability.
Analyze user requirements, produce design documentation, and conduct root‑cause analysis of system issues.
Collaborate with team members on code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/deployment processes.

Required profile

Strong knowledge of C#.NET 4, React, Node.js, MVC 4, Entity Framework, LINQ, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with authentication protocols such as OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, and OAuth 2.0.
Proficiency in Azure SQL Server development, T‑SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Hands‑on experience with Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, and cloud‑based development practices.
