Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Flask & React) – Remote Latin America

About the role

Bluelight is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join its remote team serving clients across Latin America. You will design, build, and ship end‑to‑end applications that power complex financial reporting and data‑visualisation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test and deliver full‑stack software solutions using Flask and React.
• Continuously refactor and optimise existing codebases following Agile practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and data‑engineering teams to extract, parse and serve large‑scale private‑asset analytics.
• Participate in client‑facing consultancy work, delivering high‑impact features across diverse projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience building backend services with Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy and Celery.
• Strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript development with React for SPA architectures.
• Extensive experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and advanced data‑access patterns.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, remote, collaborative environments.
