Sales Support – Bilingual Spanish/Chinese for Latin America

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to bridge communication between our Latin American market and Chinese/English speaking partners. The role focuses on facilitating sales activities, project coordination, and client engagement across telecom and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily translation and communication support between Spanish and Chinese/English, ensuring accurate information flow.
• Assist the sales team in interactions with telecom operators, government entities, and enterprise clients throughout Latin America.
• Support day‑to‑day project management, including material preparation, solution documentation, tender responses, and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Participate in large‑scale telecom and digital transformation projects such as private 5G networks, smart cities, and data centers, quickly acquiring product knowledge.
• Act as a sales assistant for client relationship management, project tracking, compliance documentation, and deal closure support.
• Undertake business travel and on‑site assignments, maintaining strong execution in complex overseas environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Background in telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science, or related engineering disciplines is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities in professional settings.
• Education in China with good understanding of Chinese corporate culture and management practices.
• Prior work or internship experience in Latin America is preferred.
• Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal etiquette, and ability to represent the company with senior‑level clients.

• High learning agility, insight, and capability to navigate complex interpersonal relationships.
• Strong ambition and drive to engage government and enterprise clients and close deals.
