Sales Representative – Panama City

About the role

MUST Energy, a renewable energy company specializing in solar and energy storage, seeks a motivated Sales Representative based in Panama City to develop local business opportunities and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the local market.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, installers, EPC contractors, and other partners.
• Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and support the sales process from contact to order closing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to spot growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing local sales channels and expanding market coverage.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely customer support, order follow‑up, and after‑sales service.
• Maintain customer information, track sales progress, and prepare regular sales reports.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel development.
• Experience in solar energy, energy storage, renewable energy, or related industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new customers and maintain business relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, results‑oriented, and willing to develop new markets.
• Proficiency in Spanish (required) and working proficiency in English (preferred).
• Based in Panama City and legally authorized to work in Panama.
