Recruiter - Hospice Care

About the role

Insignia is looking for an experienced Recruiter to oversee and support its recruitment efforts. The Recruiter acts as the main contact for all recruitment matters, including posting jobs, spotting posts that attract few applicants and making sure follow-up and resolution are timely. The role covers full-cycle sourcing and screening of clinical personnel (RNs, CNAs, social workers, chaplains) and corporate/sales staff (Hospice Care Consultants).

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target clinical and corporate/sales candidates across regional territories.
• Conduct high-volume phone screenings (about 15-20 minutes) to assess cultural fit and filter candidates before presenting them to regional Executive Directors.
• Work with regional leadership to understand staffing needs and prepare interview and evaluation guides.
• Ensure diversity across the talent pipeline and handle interview scheduling, candidate travel and onboarding logistics.
• Produce weekly recruitment metrics, new posts, post edits and blind posts, and assist with resume subscriptions and Indeed mining.
• Train consultant peers, HR Directors and field recruiters, hold weekly recruitment meetings and daily oversight of interview schedules and audit status.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and close out interview trackers.

Required profile

• Typically 1-3 years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for a healthcare, home health or hospice recruitment background.
• Ability to handle a high volume of open roles in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• Strong phone-screening presence and clear communication of the brand's values.

Required skills

• Applicant tracking systems such as Lever or Orisolved Hire, to organise pipelines.
