Processing Analyst

About the role

The Processing Analyst is responsible for moving loan files through the underwriting and closing stages while ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and meets internal quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams to keep the loan pipeline flowing efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Review assigned loan files daily, prioritize urgent items, and update status notes.
• Contact borrowers to obtain missing documents and clarify information.
• Coordinate with underwriting, title, valuation, legal, and closing teams to resolve conditions and bottlenecks.
• Monitor operational SLAs, track pipeline progression, and escalate delays as needed.
• Maintain workflow controls, process documentation, and drive continuous service improvements.
• Prepare files for underwriting and closing, ensuring completeness and readiness.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Proactive follow‑up without needing reminders.
• Ability to work within defined operational SLAs and quality standards.
