Operations Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Data Analyst to turn operational data into actionable insights that drive decision‑making across our fintech platform. The role involves analysing large datasets, building reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational data to spot trends, opportunities and potential issues.
• Design, build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor key operational metrics and support regular performance reporting.
• Validate data accuracy, investigate inconsistencies and document reporting logic.
• Work closely with Operations, Product, Compliance and Development teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Identify and propose improvements to operational workflows through better data visibility.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses and reports to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Advanced English (C1/C2) – spoken and written.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to communicate findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
• Power BI, SQL, Power Query.
• Looker Studio, Tableau or Grafana.
• Basic Python for data analysis.
• Experience with APIs and structured data formats such as JSON and CSV.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity.
