Media Planner – Customer Success (Account Management)

About the role

AdManage.ai is looking for a Media Planner who will act as the human bridge between its ad‑launch platform and its customers. You will use your media‑buying experience to guide brands and agencies on campaign structure, creative testing and bulk launching, without actually buying media yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Own onboarding – set up new customers, configure accounts and drive their first wins using proven media‑buying instincts.
• Advise customers on campaign structure, naming conventions, creative testing frameworks and how to maximise bulk‑launch features, competitor intel and AI tools.
• Drive product adoption by identifying untapped value and demonstrating best‑practice workflows.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with brands, agencies and growth teams.
• Surface user pain points to product and engineering, helping shape the roadmap.
• Flag at‑risk accounts early to reduce churn.

Required profile

• At least 3 months of hands‑on experience launching ads on Meta and/or TikTok (agency, in‑house, freelance or personal campaigns).
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads Manager – campaign structure, audiences, placements, creative testing and performance analysis.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily, such as Claude Code, for automation and drafting communications.
• Startup mindset – eager to learn, handle ambiguity and wear multiple hats.
