Marketing Project Coordinator

About the role

UJV is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day operation of its marketing workflow. You will ensure that projects move smoothly from kickoff to delivery, keeping the team aligned and deadlines met.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the marketing project management system across Asana, Notion and other operational tools, ensuring projects are organized, visible and up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate execution across content, social media, design, email marketing, paid media and co‑op marketing initiatives.
• Track timelines, ownership, priorities, dependencies and deliverables for multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Ensure campaign briefs, creative assets, approvals and handoffs are completed on schedule.
• Serve as the daily owner of the marketing operating system, reinforcing established workflows and monitoring project health.
• Identify bottlenecks, follow up on outstanding tasks and escalate risks before they impact delivery.
• Recommend and implement incremental improvements to increase visibility, consistency and team efficiency.
• Facilitate project kick‑offs, status meetings and follow‑up sessions with internal stakeholders.
