Legal & Compliance Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

The Legal & Compliance Analyst will support the implementation and execution of compliance controls related to local regulatory obligations and PayJoy programs. This role involves reviewing and drafting contracts, handling routine legal queries, and ensuring operational and regulatory alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret local regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Prepare, review, and update contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Respond to routine legal and compliance inquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance initiatives.
• Identify potential legal and regulatory risks and propose mitigation solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to align day‑to‑day activities and strategic projects with legal and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• At least 1 year of internship experience in legal or compliance roles.
• Strong legal reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Proven teamwork ethic, ethical record, and ability to work with objective metrics.
