Key Account Operations Analyst

About the role

The Key Account Operations Analyst supports faster decision‑making and accurate performance measurement for our key accounts. You will own the item creation process, maintain commercial data integrity, and provide the business intelligence needed by the Key Account Management and CPFR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain standardized sales, budget, forecast, margin, fill‑rate and shortage reporting.
• Validate commercial forecast data by customer, country and SKU and track forecast vs. orders vs. invoiced sales.
• Prepare weekly dashboards, business reviews and performance bridges.
• Analyze SKU, country, customer, category and vendor performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Own end‑to‑end item creation, from commercial approval to customer item activation, and track launch status.
• Coordinate information across Key Accounts, Brand Management, Regulatory, Pricing, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Validate pricing, case configuration and commercial conditions in system setups.
• Escalate data variances and bottlenecks that could affect commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or final‑year student) in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in an administrative, analytical or commercial support role; FMCG/CPG experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Basic Power BI knowledge (a plus).
