About the role
We are seeking an IT help desk support professional to coordinate and maintain our technology infrastructure. The role involves handling server operations, security systems, and providing end‑user support across hardware and software.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain servers, CCTV/NVR/ACS systems, and CPD management tools.
- Troubleshoot IT request software, hardware issues, OS installation, formatting, recovery, and printer maintenance.
- Manage hardware replacement and repair, printer check‑up, print counter registration, number registration, and license management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Customer‑oriented attitude and cool‑tempered under pressure.

- Server operation and maintenance.
