Inbound Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Inbound Logistics Manager to partner with the Senior Manager, Inbound Logistics and turn the regional inbound strategy into disciplined execution across origin planning and destination visibility. The role will safeguard inbound availability, improve execution flexibility and build a high‑performing culture across LAM markets.

Key responsibilities

• Translate regional strategy into clear priorities, execution routines, governance forums and measurable outcomes.
• Lead LT2 Origin Planning and LT3 Destination Planning & Visibility processes to protect service commitments and market readiness.
• Convert market priorities, forecasts and constraints into actionable plans with ownership, timelines and escalation paths.
• Monitor performance, risks and improvement opportunities, ensuring visibility and timely remediation through governance routines.
• Coach a team of senior specialists, fostering accountability, continuous coaching and performance management.
• Drive adoption of digital tools such as Lakehouse, Databricks and Power BI to enhance visibility and decision‑making.
• Promote simplification, standardisation and scalable process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading people‑focused teams in logistics, supply‑chain or transformation environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate strategy into practical execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Adaptable, results‑driven and capable of building a collaborative culture.
