About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Specialist to join our team and ensure stable, secure, and efficient environments that support continuous business operations. The candidate will work closely with development and operations teams to automate deployments, manage cloud infrastructure, and maintain high‑availability services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and automate deployments across lab, certification, and production environments while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and guarantee proper release of versions approved by the Change Control Committee.
• Provision and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) to achieve stability and high availability.
• Monitor applications and systems with Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or the ELK Stack to ensure operational continuity.

Required profile

• Technical or university degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, software deployment, or production support, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong analytical mindset, quality orientation, and adherence to best practices.

Required skills

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
• Container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, ELK Stack.
• Version control: Git.
• Database knowledge: Oracle, SQL.
• Operating systems: Basic Linux.
• Additional tools: WinSCP, PuTTY, TOAD, SQL Plus.
