About the role
We are seeking a Telemarketing Executive to join our Panama subsidiary. The role focuses on promoting and selling our consumer assistance services to clients in the insurance, bancassurance, and retail sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound phone calls to prospective clients offering IGS services.
- Persuade prospects and close sales while meeting established targets.
- Provide high‑quality customer service, answer inquiries, and handle objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in telephone sales.
- Background in call‑center environments.
- Preferably experience selling banking, insurance, telecommunications, or assistance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and results‑orientation.
- Immediate availability.
Required skills
