About the role

As a B2B Sales Executive at Nova Clean Services, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the corporate client portfolio in Panama City. You will identify commercial opportunities, prospect new accounts, prepare proposals, and follow up with clients to close cleaning and maintenance service agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the cleaning and facilities sector.
• Conduct prospecting activities, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate in‑person and virtual meetings with prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in services or enterprise solutions.
• Strong commercial abilities: negotiation, results orientation, objection handling, and closing.
• Excellent communication skills: clear explanation of solutions, active listening, and close client relationship.
• Organizational skills: agenda management, opportunity tracking, CRM usage, and reporting.
• Basic proficiency with office software (Excel, PowerPoint, email) and digital meeting tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team, proactive attitude, and focus on client satisfaction.
• Relevant education (Administration, Marketing, Commercial) and experience in cleaning, maintenance, or facilities services is a plus.
