Digital Transformation Project Specialist

About the role

As a Digital Transformation Project Specialist within Nestlé Global Procurement, you will help roll out digital procurement solutions that enable teams to work smarter, collaborate more effectively, and generate value at scale. You will act as a bridge between technology partners, procurement teams, and business services to ensure smooth adoption and sustained impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support the deployment and adoption of digital procurement tools across multiple markets and categories.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, risks and dependencies to keep transformation initiatives on track.
• Produce clear project updates, dashboards, meeting materials and follow‑up actions for informed decision‑making.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, training and change‑support activities.
• Create and maintain documentation, process guides and knowledge resources.
• Analyse adoption data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong project coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset to turn data and feedback into actionable improvements.
• Comfortable collaborating with multicultural stakeholders across procurement, technology and business services.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrates courage, collaboration, speed and a commitment to continuous learning.
