Junior / Semi‑Senior ColdFusion Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for Junior and Semi‑Senior ColdFusion developers to maintain, enhance, and modernize legacy CFML web applications for a technology client focused on security and safety solutions. The role is fully remote and involves debugging production issues, optimizing databases, and integrating front‑end components and web services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and debug existing ColdFusion (CFML) applications.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Develop and integrate front‑end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate RESTful and SOAP web services into CFML applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and estimation.
• Use Git for version control and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with ColdFusion (CFML), Adobe ColdFusion or Lucee.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL query development/optimization.
• Ability to debug, maintain, and enhance legacy codebases.
• English proficiency for daily communication with the client team.
• Junior level: 1–2 years of ColdFusion experience; Semi‑Senior level: 3–5 years.
