About the role
The Digital Finance Coordinator will lead the finance digital transformation for Central America, driving automation, advanced analytics and AI initiatives that boost operational efficiency, productivity and decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of finance digital transformation projects across the region.
- Identify high‑impact automation and process‑improvement opportunities.
- Design and develop digital solutions using Power Platform, SQL, SAP and SAP BW.
- Deploy new tools and ensure effective adoption by regional finance teams.
- Extract, transform and analyse data to produce reports and key performance indicators.
- Train finance staff on digital tools, automation techniques and AI concepts.
- Act as a change agent, promoting technology adoption and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in automation, digital transformation, data analysis or process improvement.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technology, Data Science, Finance or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
- Analytical mindset, results‑oriented, with strong influencing and project‑management abilities.
