Digital Experience Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Experience Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operational engine of our owned and operated digital properties, including BestQuotes.com. Reporting to the VP of Owned & Operated, you will partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans, optimize landing‑page performance, and drive conversion growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the VP to convert strategic priorities into operational roadmaps.
• Manage the creative queue with development teams, ensuring timely build, test, and launch of assets.
• Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, from hypothesis generation to A/B/multivariate testing and result analysis.
• Optimize pages, creative, and content using performance data and UX best practices.
• Troubleshoot landing‑page, form, and campaign issues, diagnose root causes, and coordinate fixes.
• Map and audit form actions/logic to guarantee a seamless user experience.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and address regressions.
• Extract and interpret GA4 data to surface performance insights.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and increase team efficiency.
• Identify and redesign inefficient processes for faster delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRO, lead generation, growth marketing, or related digital marketing roles.
• Familiarity with lead‑gen, affiliate, or marketplace business models.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in GA4.
• Hands‑on experience designing and executing A/B tests and translating findings into action.
• Proven ability to manage creative queues and collaborate with development/design teams.
